When it comes to brunch parties, I love having a Bloody Mary bar! Bloody Mary’s are difficult to perfect for each guest since everyone loves a little different variation in their Bloody Mary, so a DIY bar is a perfect way for guests to customize their drinks and interact a little more!

Before your guests arrive, set up your bar with different types of Bloody Mary mix, vodkas, spices, and vegetables. Depending on the amount of time you have, you can create your own Bloody Mary mix with tomato juice, spices, and infused vodkas. Out of time constraints, I tend to go with the premade Zing Zang mix and with Tito’s vodka.

Arrange all of your ingredients on your serving table or bar so your guests can easily prepare their own unique Bloody Mary’s. Include a variety of different spices, garnishes, sauces for your guests to custom make their drink.

Some of my favorites are:

  • Spices – Old Bay Seasoning, celery salt, kosher salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, and cumin
  • Garnishes – pickles, lime wedges, lemon wedges, jalapenos, pickled okra, horseradish, avocado, olives, bacon, boiled shrimp, celery, fresh herbs,
  • Wet Ingredients – Worcester sauce, Tabasco sauce, sriracha, steak sauce, red chili paste

Layout toothpicks so that your guests can easily spear the garnishes. I also like to include a cute little sign or print for my Bloody Mary bar! Depending on the formality of your event a chalkboard sign is perfect, or I also LOVE these adorable printables from CMS Design Studio!

Add your final design touches to your bar and enjoy!

Cheers!
