Ingredients
  1. 8 cups air-popped popcorn
  2. 2 tbs unsalted butter
  3. 2 tbs brown sugar
  4. ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  5. 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the air-popped popcorn in a large glass baking dish.
  3. On a medium sized skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once completely melted, add the brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until completely combined.
  4. Drizzle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat the popcorn completely.
  5. Bake the popcorn mix in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cinnamon sugar mixture has hardened onto the popcorn. It should have the texture of kettle corn.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
